I will jump in and express a general interest in this. I can whip around the Bloomberg, Factset and Morningstar APIs like a champ, but when it comes to things that I feel like should be a lot more basic, like custom split windows, I feel like an absolute amateur.
I'd recommend Breaking Into Wall Street (BIWS), their courses are generally geared toward IB, but I found their intro to excel course really helpful.
You can also consider their Fundamentals of Financial Modeling, but like I mentioned there will be portions like the LBO which may not be relevant.
