BlackRock Alternatives - Super Day

Hi everyone!

I recently received my invitation for my final round interviews for BlackRock's Alternative Investments group at their HQ in NYC.

Would anyone on here either have any firm-specific advice for navigating the day as best as possible, or perhaps just some general advice on how to succeed? (This is my first super day) Anything and everything would be appreciated!
