Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on BlackRock's Graduate program they run. Their website mentions that its best to get in following a summer internship, but its 2 years long and they reimburse you while you pursue your CFA. I've seen that BlackRock tends to beat up around here due to the type of atmosphere it has, but what do ya'll think about this opportunity?

Clearly BlackRock is a top shop. I would worry about getting the offer before worrying if it's worth accepting.
Yeah makes sense, I'm going to be a college senior this year, so I haven't even applied yet. It seems like a good deal if I could get in because I would like to pursue ER and eventually PM.
