BlackRock Investment Institute

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the Investment Institute (BII) group at BlackRock from the inside?

If you do, could you give me an overview of what analysts do in this group?

Thank You

Asset Management Mock Interview

“The coffee chat with Neil went very well. Neil was very knowledgeable and provided me with detailed advice on how I should stand out in the recruitment process and how I should go about reaching out to individuals and networking. He gave me detailed examples of what I should do and why I should do it rather merely telling me to do it. I got to learn a lot of Neil as well to get an insight into his background and his experiences at TD since he started out in a lower role and worked his was up into the firm. Neil also examined my resume and LinkedIn profile and gave me detailed recommendations on how I can stand out in that area as well. ”
