BlackRock Offer
I work for a BB investment bank, and I have been here for less than a year, but I’m pretty tired of the IB life. I recently got an offer for BlackRock. The pay is not as good, but I heard the Work life balance is better.
What should I do? What are everyone’s thoughts on BlackRock? Why do people don’t talk about BlackRock?
