BlackRock post-superday wait time
Hey guys! I had a superday with BlackRock last week and haven't heard back yet. About how long does it take to hear back, and how long should I wait before reaching out to HR? Update: Got the good news exactly a week after!

I have a superday coming up with ACS, would you mind telling me a little bit about it and how to prepare for it?
I had my super-day at BlackRock for ACS and got an offer right before thanksgiving. Do your research on the company and know their competitors etc. During the super day I was asked one SQL question that was really simple. Aside from that, none of the questions were really technical. The Interviews were very behavioral. It was really similar to the video interview I did before the super day only its in person and there are 4 of them back to back. Expect some "what if" scenarios where you will be asked how you would handle the situation. Bring a bottle of water! You'll be talking for 4 hours.
I'd like to note though, my resume was very technical and had a lot of software roles in it so most of the people that interviewed me didn't really know how to navigate my resume. If you have more "finance-y" type of roles you might get more technical question.
Last note, this incoming group of ACS analysts will be the biggest yet so just know they will be making many offers!
