Blackrock Spring Week 2025

Has anyone applied for this? It opened July 1, but I am not sure when the best time to apply is. Does anyone have experience from past years? Currently preparing for spring weeks. Thanks in advance.

Based on previous WSO threads, here are some insights on applying for Spring Weeks:

  1. Timing of Application:

    • It's generally advised to apply as early as possible. According to a thread from March 25, 2020, a HR rep mentioned that applications are reviewed in chronological order. This means that applying early can increase your chances of being noticed sooner.
  2. CV and Experience:

    • If you are considering whether to apply before or after starting university, a thread from August 27, 2023, suggests that it's a trade-off between having a more robust CV (with university society experience) and applying early. Early applications are often beneficial, but having relevant experience on your CV can also be crucial.
  3. General Advice:

    • From the London Spring Week 2023 thread, it was noted that interviews typically start once all applications are reviewed. This implies that early applications might get you into the interview process sooner.
  4. Feedback and Preparation:

    • Engaging with forums and seeking feedback on your CV, as seen in the September 15, 2015 thread, can be very helpful. This can ensure your application is as strong as possible before submission.

In summary, aim to apply early but ensure your CV is strong and relevant. Engaging with forums for feedback and advice can also be beneficial. Good luck with your application!
