I've received an offer to join a new Quant Strategy team within BAAM as a 1st year associate. What are the hours within BAAM typically like? Almost every single Glassdoor review lists work-life balance, intense work hours as issues so I'd like to know if it really is that bad, especially considering that I'll be moving from a large tech company
