Books about SWF / Pension / Endowments?

A Y1 analyst in S&T here - basically knows close to nothing - curious about endowment funds, pension funds, and sovereign wealth funds. In particular, what products they usually look at, how they select their investments, how they operate (and also potentially how they recruit?) etc. Struggling to find detailed materials on these topics - Would be great if someone could share one or two book titles. Any advice would be appreciated

Pioneering Portfolio Management.

But many laggards have already tried to copy this so alpha is only getting increasingly arbed away

Edit: Wait, you're in S&T? Do you want to make a move to institutional AM or what?
