He came prepared with the questions that have recently appeared in BlackRock’s European video interviews and explained what each question was actually assessing. Rather than giving only general advice, he listened carefully to my answers, identified where my framing could create the wrong impression, and demonstrated how to restructure them. His feedback on “Why Global Trading” was particularly valuable because he helped me present trading as a genuine interest in execution, liquidity and market impact, rather than simply an area I had not experienced before. between all the HFs (L/S, Credit, etc), FoHFs, family offices, etc
