I got invited to a digital interview for CAP. Does anyone have any insight on this? I already know they have a heavy emphasis on behavioral questions.

Behavioral Questions: As you've already noted, there's a heavy emphasis on behavioral questions. These could range from "Why did you choose your major?" to "Why would you be a good fit for this role?" Prepare to share experiences that highlight your skills, values, and interests.
Virtual Format: Many companies, like BlackRock, are conducting virtual first-round interviews. You'll likely have a set amount of time to answer each question, so practice concise, impactful responses.
Technical Questions: While the focus is on behavioral questions, don't be surprised if a few technical questions come up. Based on previous WSO threads, these could be related to your understanding of accounting, DCF, Comps, LBOs, and Merger Models.

What role is it for? If it is for CAP associate role then yes very heavy on behaviorals.
