Career Advice
I intern as a quant researcher for a Botique LO AM firm (5-10b Capital). I’ve always wanted to work for a trading firm, but given my non target background it’s been hard to break in, and I think that QR at this AM firm may be my best gig. Should I continue to recruit, try to lock up an offer here, or look into grad school? I’m clueless as to what LO AM Botique shop salary would look like.
