Chances of being able to move

Hi, I recently started my career in finance and I am currently working as a client service associate in the phones talking to clients back to back the whole day. Being honest I cannot continue doing this for my own sanity. So, this is the thing I have my SIE-6-63 licenses and I want to be a financial analyst or work in asset management or even Equity Research as well and I am having a hard time making the change. I am looking for a better position and a better salary as well. I come from a non-target school and my degree is not even in finance. Any feedback is appreciated
