Hey guys, was wondering what comp is like from junior to seniors levels at Blackrock, fidelity, Wellington, etc and how many years each step takes?

I’ve heard 140k base for first year at LO out of undergrad
140k base is way too high lol, it’s more like 140k all-in give or take 20k
