Hi All, I’m currently working at a boutique sell side bank in credit strategy and research and am curious what the compensation might look like for someone 5ish years out of school moving to AM.
How different is is the competition/compensation for similar roles at different types of funds I.e. pension, mutual funds, insurance (think Blackrock, Voya, Prudential)
