Could someone good in the FO, but not so good in the MO/BO and vice versa?
Hello
Do you think someone could be very good in the FO but not good when he moves to the MO or BO?
FO to BO: some of the FO people seems to be clueless about the operational side. Or another possibility is that when FO people are forced to pick a job in the MO/BO, they are not so motivated in doing the so-called 'lower-end' jobs, and perform less well as a result.
Has anyone heard of or experienced this?
