Credit Suisse IM Strategic Partners

I've got a second round on Feb 11. Anyone know what I can expect? What kind of questions I will be expected to answer?

FYI, here's what it says about Strategic Partners from their site:

Credit Suisse Strategic Partners ("CSSP") seeks capital appreciation through the purchase of secondary interests in high-quality private equity funds from investors seeking liquidity prior to the termination of those funds. CSSP pursues secondary opportunities primarily in leveraged buyout, mezzanine, distressed securities, real estate, and venture capital. CSSP benefits significantly from Credit Suisse's top market positions in private equity, fund placements and high yield, areas that are vital to sourcing and evaluating secondary investments.

Anyone have any good sites for research on this?

Thanks.
