Debt Payment question

Hello everyone,

Had a question regarding debt/interest payment. Let's say a Company A issues corporate debt and they hire a broker to issue/cut/sell the debt. Then it's traded probably a thousand times between Firms B-Z, how does the Company A know who to pay interest to at the end of every quarter? or even who is currently holding their debt?
