Different Asset Management Strategies and Implications for Career Growth

Hello Monkeys. I'm looking at AMs and couldn't help but notice that the strategies vary significantly across the board (obviously).

That said, are there any investment strategies that would be very desirable to the market? Strategies that are less intellectual and should therefore be avoided?
