Do companies typically give employees time off to study SIE exams?

Hi folks, I recently accepted a job in asset management and the company requires me to pass the Series 6 & 66 exams within six months of hire. I'm wondering if most companies that require new hires to get securities licenses will give them time off to study for these exams or you will have to study on your own time?
