Their emerging markets fund is very well respected. I haven't heard them make a lot of noise outside of that. I assume they run an autonomous team model where culture, philosophy, etc. would vary a lot by team.

Was wondering if anybody had any insight into Lazard Asset Management. I always thought of them as a boutique IB firm. Can anybody share their thoughts into culture, pay, reputation, what they are known for etc? Thanks.

Yes, Lazard is prestigious, but I've heard that hours there are crazy, even by IB standards. Not a lot of fun.
