ESG Analyst role at an AMC
Should I consider switching? I am a Real Estate Finance analyst and has 2y of wex. Pay is better and I wanted to take up a less engaging role since I planning to pour more time in my startup now.
Also, can someone already in a similar role guide my through what day-to-day work look like?
