FA Associate Job at Smaller Firm
I am in the interview process for a small firm for an Associate Adviser program. However instead of just normal wealth management its more of a fund that allows high net worth individual investors to access tough to enter or closed hedge funds, insurance plans, and other funds in sort of a fund of funds manner. They seem to have more leads than they know what to do with the management team has great credentials. The position however is completely commission which is what is a little daunting at first. Could anyone in a similar situation shed some light on salary expectations, daily life, etc and whether this is a good idea. I am a senior in college, BS in economics from a non-target, passed CFA level 1.
