FI Investment Graduate Program at Fidelity vs. S&T/Banking at BB
How is the Fixed Income Investment Graduate programme at Fidelity? It seems to be a two-year rotation and then enter into an associate role after the rotation. Would it be a good choice out of undergraduate compared to S&T/i-banking at BB if the long-term goal is to become a PM?
Personally know a few people who went thru the program in the US- Good exits even if you dont stay on after the 2-3 yr rotations. Plenty of people moved on to trading and other analyst roles across all types of credit. While you may never make PM at Fidelity it can set you up for the long run on that path. Would assume you are talking about a similar program.
