Financial Models used by AM analysts
I accepted an offer for a summer analyst internship at a REIT. I was wondering what financial models are common for an asset management analyst. Also, are there any sources anyone would recommend to better prepare me for the internship.
Breaking into wall Street has ample models for REITS , they are useful
Will look into it. Thanks for the feedback.
I cover FI at a BB, and have worked on a couple of PB/AM deals. We use normal Discounted Cash Flow models, with key driver being AuM, with fee income being derived as a percentage of AuM.
