Looking for an updated view on First Eagle (global value team). How's the culture, pay, and general perception on the street? Looks like Blackstone bought a stake in them in 2015... does that mean pay/career progression is worse than peers? Performance has been quite poor but looks like they got no big outflow concerns. Thanks.
