Hello!

I am a credit analyst looking to move to the fixed income research side.

I'd appreciate any help on pitching a bond for a potential interview - how to pick an investment, what should be included in the pitch etc., specifically on the IG Corp side.

I am familiar with the basics of a credit write-up: business and financial profile, risk profile, peer comparison, industry and country risk etc. Is there anything specific that I should be keeping in mind while building a FI research report? How would I pick a bond to pitch (any helpful source for research?) and arrive at my final recommendation (for instance, using the spread or relative value or other factors, if any?)
