From Credit Suisse Private Banking to Asset Management

Hello Everyone, I was originally interested in Credit Suisse's Asset management division but got offered an entry level position (internship for three months and then job offer if it goes well) in their Private Banking one. I wanted to know if there is a way to start in PB and to then transfer within CS to their AM division ? if so how difficult would it be and at what stage is it possible?
Also does anyone know if like JPM there are different subdivisions in their PB arm ? Do Private Bankers at CS deal with actually investing clients' money ?
I would really love to have feedback especially from people working at CS.

Thank you very much!
