Could anyone share some updated info regarding WLB, culture, comp, recruitment process, information about the group generally? Seems like a really interesting team based on investment mandate but can’t seem to find information about what the group does and what the team is like. Any up to date information (particularly about associate roles/recruiting) would be fantastic.

Very strong group. As you mentioned, their mandate is flexible, which makes them unique. They don’t really have an exact competitor because of their size and strength. Exit ops are also excellent. Vistria Group almost exclusively hires from this group.
