I am curious to hear what are your thoughts on some of the better stepping stone roles that could lead to a buyside ER role a few years beyond undergrad.
Buyside ER positions are becoming more and more competitive and it seems like getting a role out of undergrad is not realistic for many. What are some of the more common backgrounds or good roles colleagues have had prior to landing a buyside ER position?
