Hopefully this will be good for RREEF, they have been quiet lately.
In 5 years Guggenheim will be in the same conversation as the bulge brackets, Stellar team of Senior bankers from all over wall street including Goldman, MS, JPM and of course Bear.
I really like Guggenheim to be honest. Haven't worked with them, but have heard good things. I think they execute well, and could easily move up to Moelis's level.
I personally am rooting for these independent banks; private companies are preferable to public, imo. IB should return to its roots.
