I had the chance to intern with their GWM practice this past summer. It is a fantastic place to be for sales, everyone is extremely helpful, plenty of resources to sharpen your sales and finance knowledge.
Account Associates and Account Managers have a lot of focus on helping Analyst's get up to speed and supporting them throughout their time at PIMCO.One issue of note was the team I was under instituted a point system to track individual's outputs (ex. How many calls you made a day). And these numbers were shared across the org. Personally, rubbed me the wrong way - thought that should be more 1 on 1.
