Help! Using <PRTU> setting up a Global Macro portfolio on BBG Terminal

My "club" at college is trying to use Portfolio Administration function set this up on the Bloomberg Terminal. Mainly struggling with 3 main things...

Having issues 1) properly adjusting the preliminary settings tailored for a Global Macro portfolio specifically 2) tracking and maintaining the performance of the individual futures, options, other instruments that expire and 3) rebalancing.

Obviously, it's not a standard equity, bonds, mutual funds portfolio and BBG isn't helpful at providing the background info on properly setting this up. This would be a way we can foster real world experience for our younger members, investment idea generation, research, and pitching... portfolio management and investment board experience for the more senior members.

Any help is appreciated... Thanks in advance!
