How to Break into Asset Management Operations?

Hi all!

So I am a recent graduate now looking for employment opportunities in Asset Management, specifically back office operations. I have no experience in financial services and have been applying for the last 6 months. I am getting no luck, not even a rejection notice. Can someone give me some advice? Are there any courses that will increase my chances? Should I consider Masters?
