How to do IB to AM?
I’ll soon be an Analyst 2 in ECM at an EB. I graduated from a top target but didn’t know enough about AM early to get in immediately after graduation ie missed the internship timeline. I’m still interested but not sure how to make the move at this stage. What steps do I need to take to try in order to make this move? Is this move possible in one jump? Obviously networking - but do I need an MBA eg Columbias Investing program. How should I attack this. Many thanks for any advice!
