I recently just got accepted into an AM firm as a MF administrator. I did not do any intern during college but my GPA is high and I have a finance BBA. I also completed level 1 CFA. For more experience individuals out there, is it possible to move up to an analyst position from MF administrator role? or I should just look for other opportunities?
