IF, and that's a big if, he were somehow elected President nothing that he wants will get done unless the dems not only win both houses of Congress but they somehow replace all of their members with Nancy Pelosi and Bernie Sanders himself and get rid of the filibuster. In my opinion, and leaving aside the things he actually wants to do, he'd be a useless president because as far as I can see his strategy to accomplish his goals is to get millions of people to rise up, overthrow a Republican Congress (and a generally center to center-right country) and pass his agenda. He's saying all the right stuff to get retarded far lefties to follow his shit but I'd summarize his governing strategy as similar to:
