IB analyst looking to break into Asset Management, Who are the headhunters to reach out to?

I don't want to go into PE and I have a passion for public markets but don't think short-sighted like Hedge Funds do. I think AM is the perfect middle ground for me and I want to set my targets on this horizon.
How do I do this and who are the head hunters to reach out to?
