Really appreciate the fact that you're the boss of your own time. most people in college don't realize how valuable / powerful this is. Want to grind today and get shit done? You can. Want to fuck off and crush a few beers with your buddies - also works.

There is likely no other time in your life you can do this - once you start work you're always on someone else's clock. 

Also be smart when choosing your classes - there's no need to take the toughest ones and make sure you optimize for getting a good GPA. Recruiting (whether for IB / other jobs) should be viewed as an intense class (and dedicate time accordingly), so whichever semester you're looking to recruit, I would take the lightest courseload you can.
