Internship or placement
Im looking to study economics at a target university but most of them don't offer a year out for a placement. I was wondering whether future employers prefer a whole year in the industry or an internship or two would be considered in the same light. Or maybe instead of Econ I could study accounting and finance which most courses offer the placement.
