Investment Consulting Pay after 3, 5, 10 years???

Hello, I am new at the forum; just joined. I would like to ask if anyone knows the averages wages for investment consultants after 3, 5 and 10 years in the industry. In 5 months I will work for a Uk Investment consultancy (in top 5 in UK) and my starting salary is in the 35k pounds area. Have spoken with many people in the industry, but when I get to ask about their pay, they usually get very secrative and only say that they are really satisfied with their pay levels, but don't give any rough estimaes. Just to clarify, I will have my CFA sponsored, bonus is about 10-15% at analyst level, and hours are great!! Really appreciate any information :)
