Doing a leap of faith and looking to move to DC soon, but scared of being solo. Does anyone know of any boutique investment firms looking for a new partner RIA? What is the market like?

Career Resources
Market is relatively active. I've been recruiting there with spectrum careers with whom I've landed interviews at Carlyle and a decent LP in PWM. I'm doubious about IB due to broader market conditions but DC does have a solid buy side niche
