Yes, it’s the best as far as I’ve heard and it’s hard to believe people don’t talk about it more. 40 hrs/wk is the standard along with solid pay.

yeah but isn't that due to fewer hours? -- Also, in any FO role at Blackrock you can pull over a mill at the very senior ranks, so I don't think the WLB-pay tradeoff is that bad.
In their US Wealth Advisory division in Princeton, NJ they start you at 60k and bumps up to 65k after you pass your series licenses and some internal bs. Basically a sales position. It may have gone up, but that was from 2019. Hours were 40-45/ week. Weekends 110% protected.
