Keep in mind, the firm is very large and therefore many of this may be applicable to a specific group and not the firm as a whole.

Also how is comp? i would imagine comp would be similar competitiveness throughout the firm compared to peers
It differs pretty significantly from group to group. I would say many teams are silo'ed and thus hard to get information for an average across the company. Check WSO database for some figures.
Also interested, especially in their EM sovereign team
