Job Experience on Resume Question

Hey everyone,

I'm a junior at a Canadian university majoring in economics and pursuing a career in Asset Management. I've been working for my fathers company part-time, basically restructuring his stock portfolio. Since his company is just an Audiology practice, I'm unsure how to include this in my resume or if I should include it at all. What would my title be? Investment Consultant? It seems a little phony sounding to me but I want to include it somehow because I've done a great job. Thanks in advance for any advice.
