JP Morgan Private Bank Investor position?

Can someone explain this job to me? Seems to have very scant info on it online and the title is not a widely used term

Comp level in mid size city? I'm moving from another UHNW boutique firm with over 8 years experience

Lifestyle & actual job requirements? Is this an admin job?

It's certainly not an admin job. The investor is the investment specialist on the relationship. The way JPM PB works, you have the banker, who is the relationship manager and brings in the clients. Then you have the investor, who focuses on the investment platform and relates the PB's best thinking and ideas to the client, and handles the investments.

Then you also have capital advisors (lending), wealth advisors and trust officers (both trust/estate planning), but they aren't involved in every relationship, whereas every relationship has a banker and an investor

I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

Thanks Rogersterling. Are investors talking directly to the clients? Or are they working just with the relationship manager?

Also, is the comp/hours similar to the post that you wrote in your "compensation ladder and lifestyle" post? If not how are they different?

Thanks in advance
