Jpm PB analyst comp at regional offices

Does analyst base salary differ at the different regional offices? I am going to be a SA at a non NYC location and was surprised base salary was the same at 100k. Is this the case for all of the offices? My office is on the bigger end so not sure if that’s why or if all offices have the same base?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it appears that the base salary for analysts at JP Morgan Private Bank is consistent across offices, including regional ones, at $100K. However, compensation such as bonuses and other incentives might vary depending on the performance of the group and the specific office location. Larger offices or those in core cities (like NYC, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, LA, and San Francisco) might have additional advantages or higher bonus potential compared to smaller regional offices.
