Bump
601/Jr Associate in non NYC office. Hearing 30-40 range depending on lower rating to upper rating.
New base to 150 as of 2/1.
Does it mean Private Bank analysts who are promoted to associate after completing 2 years in analyst role have their new base as 150k now from Jan cycle?
For normal on cycle starts the below is accurate for base salaries.
First 6 months: $100k (July to Jan of stub yr)
Next 12 months: $105k(Feb to Jan of first full year)
Next 6 months: $110k (Feb to June of 2nd yr)
Next 6 months: $135k(July to Jan of 3rd yr after 2 yrs of service)
New base at $150k (effective Feb 1)
Once promoted to Sr Assoc, you can get bumped to $170k base if you hit a couple key metrics.
Was there a clawback clause on the bonus?
Flat YoY. Disappointed as we smashed it this year.

Started at $150k base and got bumped up to $155k. I was expecting a stub but got 0
Yikes on zero bonus. Assume zero flows for that number?
Yeah no flows, I joined close to year end. I assumed I’d still be getting the stub bonus though
