JPM Private Bank vs. Asset Management Sales?

Hello,

I got an offer from JPMorgan Private Bank (Financial Institutions Group) and the Asset Management Client team (sales for AM). Which one is better? Honestly, not that much about pay for me I’m looking for somewhere to stay for a good while. Would really appreciate any insight.
