Junior PM vs Senior Trader
Ive been working with an old firm as a junior PM, and I am about to get an offer from a bigger shop as a senior trader.I feel like the new firm is a great opportunity to step up to be a senior trader with managerial responsibility, but I am afraid I might regret not sticking around longer as a PM, which is what I once wanted but not so sure anymore given the stress involved. Can I get your advice? Thanks.
